No. We have created 1Search4Care as platform with the sole purpose and dedication to connecting Participants and Consumers with Providers.
Q: What happens after submitting my LGAs Selection Form?
Participant & Consumer Members: Your selected LGAs is uploaded onto our platform and whenever you submit a Service Request, the Service Request is sent to Providers in your chosen LGAs.
Providers: You will only receives Service Requests from LGAs you have selected.
Q: What happens after submitting my Service Request Form?
Your Service Request is sent to Providers for them assess and they directly respond to your care and support needs.
Q: How long before I get responses from Providers?
Important to Understand: 1Search4Care is a platform where NDIS Participants and Aged Care Consumers connect with care Providers. We have no responsibilities or any rights to “direct” how the Providers conduct their services and business.
The timeframe it takes for the providers to respond to you depend on several factors such as:
The “Date Service Request Submitted” and “Closing Date of Service Request.”
Complexities of the support required by the person.
Providers capacities to provide the support/care.
Generally, Providers have been responding to the Service Requests within 24hrs-48hrs.
Q: How many Service Requests am allow to submit?
We understand your support needs and requirements change with life and circumstances. Hence, unlimited…you can submit a Service Request whenever you need to find or switch care providers.
